THE H WORD

August 23, 2017 · Leave a Comment

Hello, Loved Ones. As you know, the Holy Spirit pretty much writes my blog. I’m just the submitted pen he uses. So when he makes it clear that I am to write on tough, convicting topics, I must be obedient. Those that spend any time with me, know that I’m an optimist who loves to laugh and have fun. I want to joke with you and make you feel good. However, the more I grow in Christ and live surrendered, he shows me my purpose is so much greater.

He tells me, “You are my mouthpiece. I have given you authority to speak and the sleep will wake up.” So I can either be popular or purposeful. You must choose to care more about what He thinks than what people think. That leads me here.

Holiness

Last week, something very powerful happened. I was invited to a church I did not know, to hear an Evangelist visiting from Florida. This young man had a specific message for the church of America. This urgency to seek Holiness. Above all. The church loves a feel-good message but as soon as the topic of holiness is brought up, they hit the door.

It’s not popular but God is looking for holiness. The bride (the church) has allowed compromise in their lives. We must leave the old man/woman behind and seek holiness above all. God is only going to advance those with a pure heart. We as a church repented. It was powerful.

Confirmation

Then the very next night, I was invited by different people to totally different church hours away.  Here to listen to a famous man of God from India. God sent Him on assignment to deliver a specific word for America and to us as believers. As soon as he goes up to speak he starts saying THE EXACT same words of the man from the night before!

He continues by saying, that many Christians will not survive the persecution that will take place before the rapture because they are not fully His and they will deny Him. God is saying to repent of gossip, hypocrisy, impurity, seeking success and comfortable life. He is calling us to seek His face now in desperation. We are now living in the last days.

The H Word

When I heard both men from different parts of the world repeat the exact words, one right after another, it completely shook me. My spirit awakened with a jolt to my heart like a spiritual defibrillator. I knew it was no accident that I was a part of both nights to witness and to spread the word.

I know the idea of holiness sounds old school, it’s not a popular message. We live in a culture that defies anything holy. A culture that’s full of compromise. Yet God is commanding us in these last days to clean our house. To prepare for what’s to come. The bible confirms over and over that the time is now and he is sending us messengers to warn us before it’s too late. We must take heed. The Lord has His hand of protection and grace upon our great country. He will pour out His spirit in these last days like never before. Acts 2:17 Let us be a church that is ready.

But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days.People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of Godhaving a form of godlinessbut denying its power.”– 2 Timothy 3:1-5

Let’s Pray:

“Lord, I repent for any compromise that I’ve allowed in my life. I will strive to live holy and seek your face. Purify my heart, give me Godly character that will not buckle under pressure. Prepare me, for I was born for such a time as this. Amen.”
