God has really been impressing on me the importance of the oil. It’s the anointing oil that breaks the yoke and it is powerful. The yoke is every burden and stronghold.
Everybody wants the anointing, but nobody wants the surrender. Everybody wants the blessing, but nobody wants the breaking.
THE TRUTH IS the oil only flows from what’s been crushed.
The oil isn’t cheap. 🪔 You’ll never get it from the daily verse on your bible app. You won’t get it from your favorite preacher, youtuber, author or a good post.
You must surrender and die to self. You must allow the Lord to crush, press, break and refine you. Nobody wants to sign up for this but everyone wants the results. The fruit is a life of power, true peace and freedom.
It’s the life that we are meant to live. Trust everything to the perfect potter. He makes all things new and right.
Transformation
I can tell you, I thought I was a “good” Christian most of my life. But when I really surrendered all and allowed the Lord to do everything that he wanted to do, my life changed.
The Lord had to take me through the process of breaking, dying to self, crushing, purging and stripping of everything that did not reflect him. Yes, there were times that I wanted to give up but I’m so glad I didn’t prematurely.
When he told me over a decade ago that he isolated me so he could “do a new thing in me. Not a revised version.” He has, praise God. I will never be the same.
This process is not easy. Nothing worth having is. But it’s the life that Jesus died on the cross to give you. A full, abundant life. He calls you to run this race well, not limp to the finish line.
Are you ready to live your best life? This short and simple prayer, is the most powerful ever.

”Lord, I repent for living a prideful, selfish life. I surrender all to you. Whatever you want, Lord I’m yours.”

Years ago God spoke to me that a spirit of self distruction was coming. The same year he said I was going to go through a Job like season. It wasn’t until recently he reminded me of it and helped me realize the spirit of self distruction was to break down self and bring me to the end of myself just like Job.
