I hope your Thanksgiving was full of special moments with your loved ones. The past two weeks, I visited my home state of California and surprised my family for Thanksgiving! They had no clue! You can watch the video on my instagram account. I got em’ good!

Although, my visit was awesome, I had another sad realization on the condition of the Christian church and our cultures influence in it. I visited two churches, the first one is a very dry, sleepy but filled church. The second one is a smaller but joyful spirit filled church that spoke the truth and does not compromise. What a difference!

I found out after I visited that the first church is woke and affirms lgbt lifestyles and in leadership and waters down the gospel of Christ. I also found out the same of another local church that I used to attend as a college aged young adult. I have discovered that, everyone’s a Christian until it gets biblical.

Jesus loves Sinners

Now don’t get me wrong, Jesus does love sinners and we should also welcome all to come to the feet of Jesus. But we should not affirm the sin and turn a blind eye. We must speak the truth in love.

The Compromised Church

This is a warning to Pastors: If you are not speaking the bible truth because you want to please tithers, fill seats, for recognition or whatever the reason, you are a compromised church. If you continue to bow down to the culture by not calling out sin, urging repentance and a desire for holiness then you have God to answer to. He will hold you accountable. You can only serve one master, either man or God. Choose today.

Jesus straightened up and asked her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?”
No one, sir,” she said.
“Then neither do I condemn you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.” -John 8: 10-11

God is calling his church to be set apart. The world is looking for hope, deliverance and truth. It’s the truth that sets us free, not deception.
