If there is anything that our great nation needs, it is a move of God. The enemy might think he’s gaining territory but there is only one ruler and that is King Jesus.
I believe that revival in America will start with the youth.
CULTURE SHOCK
I did not grow up in such a demonic and depressed culture like we have today. Social media didn’t exist, there were also boundaries in entertainment and a common love for life and country in general.
But for the last 5+ years, suicide, lawlessness, immorality, hopelessness, hatred and addictions to devices has increased. This all keeps us disconnected from each other and leads to depression.
The devil has targeted the younger generation specifically so it makes sense that God would want to start revival within them.
REVIVAL BEGINS IN THE HEART
For over a week now Asbury University has been experiencing a powerful move of the holy spirit that has not stopped. This wildfire has now spread to other college campuses such as Lee University and beyond.
It’s not a “name”. It’s not a brand. It is not a strategy or perfect plan. It’s Hungry hearts, bowing low! Yielding to the spirit where ever he will go! Revival starts in the heart and Jesus is being glorified.
This reminds me of my dads testimony and the historical move of God that happened in California during the 70’s.
Jesus Movement
My dad was a guitar playing, weed smoking, long haired, shirtless and levi wearing hippie. At 19 yrs. old he got radically saved in the Jesus Movement, walked away from everything and never looked back. Praise God!
There is actually a movie coming out this month that depicts this time in history perfectly. When I watched the preview, it was like literally watching his life and surrender to Jesus Christ.
Revival in America
Let us pray and encourage this move of the holy spirit that is bringing repentance, transformation and hope to America.
